The subordinate and subordinate relationship or subordination relationship is a link between two or more elements where there is dependence through what happens when something is subordinate to something else. So it is a link in which one of the elements depends on the other. The most prominent example of this relationship is in the workplace, where the relationship of dependence arises when the worker performs an activity and its benefits remain in the hands of the employer.
